Welcome to Nude London! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By booking an appointment or using our website at www.nude–london.co.uk, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. About Us
Nude London is a beauty and aesthetics business offering professional services including lashes, brows, skincare, and aesthetic treatments. Our goal is to provide safe, high-quality treatments in a relaxing and professional environment.

2. Bookings & Appointments
• All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or in person.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final balance.
• Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment price.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
• Clients must fill out a consultation form prior to appointment. This will be emailed to you automatically from Treatwell.
• If Lashes are under 30% fullness a new set is required.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
• Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations and reschuelling made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a loss of the full appointment price.
• No refunds are offered for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to address your concerns.

4. Patch Tests & Medical Disclosure
• Patch tests are required for certain treatments (e.g., brow laminations, tinting) at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be unsafe for you.

5. Age Restrictions
• Clients must be 18 years or older for aesthetic treatments.
• Clients under 18 may receive lash or brow treatments with parental consent and supervision (if applicable).

• All prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change.
• Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
• We accept card and cash payments unless otherwise stated.

• While we strive to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene, Nude London will not be held liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse outcomes following a treatment.
• Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

8. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period stated.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

DISCOUNTS
10% NHS staff - valid NHS ID must be shown at the appointment to obtain discount.
10% Student - valid Student ID must be shown at the appointment.
20% Birthday - Valid for one appointment during your birthday month, valid ID must be shown at the appointment.
20% refer a friend - This will be applied once said friend has booked and paid in full. Friend must quote your name at the time of booking.
