COVID-19

  • Due to COVID-19 new health and safety procedures have been put in place.

  • Please bring your personal lash brush and lash cleansing brush to all appointments. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled (incurring a 50% fee) or you will be asked to purchase items from your technician. 

  • Clients MUST wear a mask at all times.

  • Clients must wash hands on arrival.

  • Please try not to touch any soft furnishings.

  • A safe designated coat and bag area will be shown to you on arrival.

  • No guests during this time.

What ‘Nude Aesthetics & Beauty' is doing to keep us safe?

  • Your technician has completed the Barbicide COVID-19 training and certification. 

  • Your technician will be wearing PPE.

  • All equipment and surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected between each client.

APPOINTMENTS

  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment as there is no waiting area and you will be asked to wait outside or sit in a coffee shop nearby. 

  • Please come to the appointment prepared for your treatment (no makeup on the area to be treated).

  • Clients are respectful asked not to use their phones during treatment time and put them on silent.

  • Clients will be asked to please use the bathroom prior to your treatment, if required, to avoid disruption during treatment.

BOOKING

  • Clients must fill out a consultation form prior to appointment. This can be found on the ‘Lashed with Love’ website.

  • Bookings can be made via the booking page, website, call and instagram direct message.

BOOKING FEE

  • First time clients have to pay a booking fee of 50%, this will be taken from your final payment at your appointment.

  • Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer or payment link.

INFILL POLICY

  • If you book an infill that does not allow the correct time to complete the treatment you will be sent away and charged the 50% cancelation fee.

  • If your lashes have not been cared for according to the correct after care, given by your technician, the technician is liable to refuse to infill and suggest a removal and full set.

  • If lashes are not clean on arrival your technician can send you away or will change you an extra £5 cleaning fee. This will eat into your appointment time and as a result directly affect the outcome of your extensions.

LATE FEE

  • If you are running 15 minutes or later to the appointment and have made your technician aware there is an extra £5 charge to your appointment. This will eat into your appointment time and as a result directly affect the outcome of your treatment.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING 

  • If you are 15 minutes or more late and you have not made your technician aware, your appointment is automatically cancelled and a 50% cancelation fee will apply.

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments a minimum of 48 hours prior to appointment. After this a fee of 50% will incur. Clients will not be able to rebook until this payment has been made.

REFUND

  • No refunds or returns on all beauty products due to health and safety standards. 

  • If you are not happy you must contact your technician within 48 hours and a free removal will be offered with a 30% refund.

  • Treatments provided are to the highest standard of training, hygiene and products, therefore no refunds will be given under any circumstances, including if an allergic reaction occurs.

NO SHOWS

  • ‘No shows’ will not be able to book with ‘Nude Aesthetics & Beauty’ in future. 

PRICING

  • Prices are subject to change with one months notice.

MINORS

  • No one under the age of 18 may have a treatment.

  • Both must show valid ID at the appointment.

CHILDREN

  • No children allowed.

GUESTS

  • Please contact your technician and ask prior to appointment. Guests turning up unannounced will be asked to leave or wait outside the building.

PETS

  • No pets allowed.

  • Service dogs welcome.

  • Resident dachshund on site for puppy therapy.

COMPLAINTS

  • Please email all complains to info@nudeaestheticsbeauty.co.uk and someone will get back to you within 72 hours.

DISCOUNTS

  • 10%  NHS staff - valid NHS ID must be shown at the appointment to obtain discount.

  • 10% Student - valid Student ID must be shown at the appointment.

  • 20% Birthday - Valid for one appointment during your birthday month, valid ID must be shown at the appointment.

  • 20% refer a friend - This will be applied once said friend has booked and paid in full. Friend must quote your name at the time of booking.
